Fibonacci Tools General Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 25, 2026
This General Privacy Policy explains how Fibonacci Tools LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“Fibonacci Tools,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information across the Fibonacci Tools website and every product and service we operate (individually and collectively, the “Services”).
1. Product-Specific Privacy Policies
Each product publishes its own privacy policy describing what that product actually collects, who it is shared with, and how long it is kept. Those policies supplement this one; both apply to your use of that product.
Where a product’s privacy policy conflicts with this one, the product’s policy controls for that product. This policy governs everything its policy does not address.
2. Information We Collect Across the Services
The specifics differ by product, but across the Services we may collect:
- Contact and account information — your name, email address, and similar details, whether you provide them directly or through an identity provider you sign in with.
- Communications — the contents of messages, support requests, and feedback you send us.
- Technical and security information — IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, and request, error, and security logs.
- Content you submit to a product — described in that product’s privacy policy.
- Billing information — for paid Services, subscription status and a payment processor’s customer identifier. Full payment card details go to the processor, not to us.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate, maintain, and secure the Services; to authenticate you and enforce access controls; to respond to your questions, requests, and support messages; to communicate with you about Fibonacci Tools; to administer billing for paid Services; to prevent abuse and investigate security incidents; and to comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Service Providers
We rely on third-party providers to host, deliver, secure, and support the Services, and to process payments. Those providers process information on our behalf for the purposes described in this policy. Each product’s privacy policy names the providers that product actually relies on.
5. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, resolve disputes, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations. Individual products may retain version history, audit records, or backups on their own schedules; those are described in the product’s privacy policy.
6. Making a Request
Email us to ask about, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Regardless of where you live, we will delete your account and the content you own on request.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We may decline or limit a request where applicable law permits, where we cannot reasonably verify who you are, where honouring it would disclose or destroy someone else’s information, or where it is not technically feasible. If we decline, we will tell you and explain why.
Content shared with others. Where a product lets you contribute content to a shared area that someone else controls, that content may remain available to them after you leave or close your account, and some access and revision records may be retained by design. The relevant product’s privacy policy explains what a deletion request can and cannot reach there.
Requests concerning a specific product are handled under that product’s privacy policy.
7. Geographic Scope and Privacy Rights
Fibonacci Tools is operated from the United States. Information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. The Services are not directed to individuals resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom.
Where applicable law grants you rights over your personal information — such as rights to access, correct, or delete it — we honour them to the extent that law requires. Contact us as described in section 6.
Some of the processing described in this policy is necessary to provide the Services — we cannot run a product without storing the content you put into it. If you do not want that processing to continue, the remedy is to close your account, and we will delete it as described in section 6.
8. Children
The Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may revise this policy as our practices, the Services, or applicable law change. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and we will provide additional notice of material changes where required.
Website-Specific Practices
The following applies only to the Fibonacci Tools website.
10. The Corporate Website
We do not intentionally collect product content through the corporate website. The website loads no third-party resources, and we do not use it for behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.
If you contact us about a product, we may use your contact information and message to respond or to route the request to the appropriate product support process.
