Welcome to the products and services (the “Service”) provided by Fibonacci Tools (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using any of our products, including Unyap, you agree to these terms.

1. The “Solo Developer” Disclaimer

Fibonacci Tools is built and maintained by a solo developer. This means you get high-touch support and a direct line to the creator, but it also means the Service is a labor of love and a work in progress. We prioritize transparency and honesty over corporate polish. Our products are currently in active development. They are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for a great experience, things might break, AI might hallucinate, and features may change without notice.

2. User Data & AI Processing

The Gospel: We store your raw transcripts and inputs to provide the Service.
AI Processing: Your data is processed by third-party AI engines (e.g., Google Gemini). By using the Service, you consent to this processing.
Ownership: You own your data. We own the structure and inference we propose while you are using the platform.

3. Payments & Refunds

AI Credits/Subscriptions: Payments are processed via Stripe.
Refund-First Policy: If you are unhappy for any reason, click the “Refund” button in your billing dashboard or email james@fibonaccitools.com. We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy for the most recent billing period.

4. Prohibited Use

Don’t use our services for anything illegal, malicious, or to intentionally break our systems. Don’t violate the rights of others.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fibonacci Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Fibonacci Tools is registered.
