Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 2026
Welcome to the products and services (the “Service”) provided by Fibonacci Tools (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using any of our products, including Unyap, you agree to these terms.
1. The “Solo Developer” Disclaimer
Fibonacci Tools is built and maintained by a solo developer. This means you get high-touch support and a direct line to the creator, but it also means the Service is a labor of love and a work in progress. We prioritize transparency and honesty over corporate polish. Our products are currently in active development. They are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for a great experience, things might break, AI might hallucinate, and features may change without notice.
2. User Data & AI Processing
- The Gospel: We store your raw transcripts and inputs to provide the Service.
- AI Processing: Your data is processed by third-party AI engines, including without limitation providers like Google (e.g., Gemini). By using the Service, you consent to this processing.
- Ownership: You own your data. We own the structure, metadata, and inferences generated by the platform.
3. Payments & Refunds
- AI Credits/Subscriptions: Payments are processed via Stripe.
- Refund-First Policy: If you are unhappy for any reason, click the “Refund” button in your billing dashboard or email
support@fibonaccitools.com. We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy for the most recent billing period.
4. Prohibited Use
Don’t use our services for anything illegal, malicious, or to intentionally break our systems. Don’t violate the rights of others.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fibonacci Tools and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
6. Geographic Restrictions
The Service is controlled and operated from the United States. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access the Service from outside the United States, including the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Fibonacci Tools is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
